This cheap luxury apartment is made up of 2 cozy rooms. The living room is furnished with a leather sofa, bookcase, a low coffee table in the middle and the dining table set (for 4 persons). The special visual effect is drawn by the colors used for the decor: royal blue walls, cream furnishings adjusted with white plaster finishings. The American kitchen, self catering equipped, has cooking appliances, washing machine. In the bedroom there is a full sized comfortable bed, night stands on each side. The bathroom is endowed with the newest type of jacuzzi shower cabin, besides the customary bath attachments.
Situated in the middle of Unirii Boulevard, it offers easily access toward both Unirii Square and its amenities and Bucharest Mall - Calea Vitan area. There are to be found banks, department stores, cultural institutions, the Palace of Parliament, Commerce and Industry Chamber, most of the State's institutions are grouped here. This area has a strong commercial character, but not only.
